Why these days matter

Remembering Krishna through sacred time.

The Vaishnava Calendar is an important part of the spiritual tradition of ISKCON and the Gaudiya Vaishnava sampradaya. It marks sacred days connected with Lord Sri Krishna and His various incarnations, Ekadashi fasting, the appearance and disappearance of great Vaishnava acharyas, and festivals celebrated by devotees throughout the year.

At Isavasya School, students and families are encouraged to understand these occasions as opportunities for spiritual learning, devotion, self-discipline, service and remembrance of Krishna.

!

Timings are location-specific. The supplied calendar reference does not include individual 2026 Ekadashi dates or Parana windows. For fasting, follow the locally applicable ISKCON calendar and its prescribed Parana time.
